Hilarious Overwatch 2 clip shows player Moira ignoring Reinhardt who needs healing

One Overwatch 2 The torturous clip for high-level players shows a Reinhardt player in desperate need of healing and seeking help from nearby Moira, who is relentlessly hunting down an enemy Lucio. This is just one of many similar incidents they have seen Overwatch 2 of support heroes who focus on shooting enemies instead of providing the much-needed healing to their teammates.

While such moments are by no means rare, especially in unranked game modes, often Moira players ignore their teammates to secure bans for themselves. So much so, in fact, that Moira herself has become a meme in the Overwatch 2 community since the game’s release earlier this month entirely for that reason. While this problem is not new to the game, it is quite apparent in the original Overwatchthe game’s shift to a 5v5 format and a limit of just 1 tank per team emphasizes the importance of healing.

The video was posted on Reddit by user thatoneguyyouknowhim and shows the player as Reinhardt at just 14 HP while challenging the objective. The player desperately seeks healing from nearby Moira as they chase an enemy Lucio across the map, hoping he will return to help. Unfortunately, while Moira returns, she simply walks past the dying Reinhardt and continues on her merry way, while being shot by an enemy Heromaker. Furthermore, the Moiras even fail to kill Lucio, who quickly deals the final blow to Reinhardt while running from Moira.

As frustrating as situations like this are for players, many fans can’t help but find the absurd clip funny. Due to the influx of new players to Overwatch 2, After being released as a free-to-play game, it is very common to see new players using heroes ineffectively as they learn the intricacies of the game. While this can be understandably annoying to more experienced players, it’s important to keep this in mind Overwatch 2 it can be especially difficult to learn at first and it would be very important for veteran players to offer assistance to new fans wherever possible.

Even so, it hasn’t gone unnoticed by fans that Moira seems to be used for damage much more than other support heroes, sparking a debate among some sections of the community about whether Moira’s damage output should be toned down a bit. Her main attack has surprisingly long range and doesn’t require precise aiming, and this combined with her damage sphere and Ultimate ability gives the hero a damage output on par with some DPS heroes. While no nerfs have been announced for Moira, some players are aiming for Blizzard to introduce changes that incentivize healing instead of damage.

Overwatch 2 is now available on PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S.
