A member of the British royal family is set to appear on reality TV.

On Monday, ITV released the official lineup of celebrities heading into the jungle for the new season of British reality survival series ‘I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!’, revealing that one of them is Mike Tyndall, who is married to Queen Elizabeth II’s granddaughter and Princess Anne’s daughter, Zara.

The list of celebrities who will spend weeks taking on survival challenges also includes pop icon Boy George, ‘Coronation Street’ star Sue Cleaver, ‘Hollyoaks’ star Owen Warner, TV presenter Scarlette Douglas, journalist Charlene White, radio presenter Chris Moyles, pro. soccer player Jill Scott, comedian Babatunde Aléshé and “Love Island” alum Olivia Attwood.

Tindall is the first royal to take part in the reality series and “predicts he’ll be voted in to do all the famous jungle tests”, according to his bio for ITV.

The former professional rugby player, 44, “knows that once rugby fans find out he’s on the hit ITV show, they’ll be on speed dial to make sure he does all the tests.”

“I’m fully aware that anyone who has played rugby will say, ‘Yeah, let’s sew him up,'” Tindall said. “All my friendships have this kind of humor and I know they will definitely want to vote for me! I am ready to do many challenges.”

News of Tindall’s involvement in the reality show received mixed reactions on social media. Some were excited to watch him and wished him luck, while others wondered if he would be talking about his cousins ​​Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
